• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers or CVV codes; we only receive a confirmation of payment and a Stripe payment ID.
• Basic technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps. This is used for security and reliability and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Schedule, confirm, and deliver your service.
• Send booking confirmations and service-related communications by email.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Respond to your questions and follow up after the service.

We do not currently send marketing emails. If we begin doing so in the future, you will be able to unsubscribe from every email with one click. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

We keep booking records (name, contact, service address, and payment confirmation) for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to customer inquiries, and comply with tax and accounting obligations under North Carolina and federal law — typically up to seven years.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to ask us to:

• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records.
