These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triangle Garage Cleaner website (trianglegaragecleaner.com) and the garage cleaning, organizing, and epoxy coating services we provide in the Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina area. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Triangle Garage Cleaner offers residential garage cleaning, organization, and optional epoxy floor coating services. Service details, scope, and pricing for each package are described on our website. The package you select at booking defines the work we will perform.

2. Booking & Deposits

To reserve an appointment, customers pay a 50% non-binding deposit through our payment processor, Stripe. The remaining balance is due once the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Submitting a booking does not guarantee service availability for the requested date. We will confirm your appointment by phone or email within a reasonable timeframe and may propose alternate dates if the requested slot is unavailable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service, your deposit is fully refundable.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, the deposit may be retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
• If we are unable to deliver the service for any reason on our side, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost or, at our discretion, refund the deposit. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the service performed and does not cover items damaged due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or items the customer asked us not to move or touch.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the garage on the scheduled date and time.
• Remove or secure any valuables, hazardous materials, or items you do not want handled.
• Disclose any known hazards in the workspace (e.g., chemicals, pests, structural issues).

6. Limitations of Liability

We take care with your property, but Triangle Garage Cleaner is not liable for: pre-existing damage; damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable; ordinary wear from cleaning; or delays caused by weather, customer access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Pricing & Promotions

Prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars and may change. The price applied to your booking is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Promotional codes are subject to availability and may be limited or withdrawn at any time without notice.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date last updated. Continued use of the site or booking of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina.
